| From Airport - Get on 237 North to I-71 North, to downtown Cleveland. Follow I-90 East, downtown there are several highways that merge together, follow the signs. A 90 degree bend on the highway puts you on I-90. In approximately 12 miles, I-90 and 2 will split, stay in the right lanes for I-90. The first exit past the split is Euclid Avenue. At the stop light at the bottom of the exit, turn left (East) onto Euclid Avenue (20). follow Euclid approximately 1.2 miles to Rockefeller. Turn left at the Stop Light. Just before the Clayton Avenue Stop Sign (the first intersection) there is a parking lot on the right side of the road. |

Any violations of this clause, as determined solely by any PCC Airfoils, LLC facility shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. |
